Meet our new neighbors at Coconut Point - Frank, Tracy and daughter Ava.  They took us out for a ride on their boat.  Frank was a peace corps volunteer w/ me and Laura in Botswana - small world.  Now he has a daughter Juliana's age and lives behind us on a little rock in the middle of the pacific.....
