Arrival in American Samoa

We have finally arrived in American Samoa! It has been an exhausting 3 months trying to get here. Sometimes I didn't think we were ever going to make it. We couldn't have done it w/out the help of our friends and family. I just want to thank all of you for the help you have provided!

Our arrival was bittersweet w/out Laura but I hope the girls and I will be able to find some happiness here in Samoa. Some photos of our arrival in Samoa:

Saying goodbye to our house in Duluth. It was hard to leave - Laura and I had alot of nice memories raising the kids there. thanks again to Duluth Mom's and Dads for the help moving out!

Meeting up with Bua on the plane from Honululu to AS.

We stayed with Cheryl's family at Coconut Point during our first few days on the island. Frankie and Juliana have already become friends with her daughters - Melea(5) and Lisa(3)

I liked Coconut Point, we may be moving out there. The girls would be able to walk out the front door and swim at the beach.

Bua's last day on the island. We have officially decided to adopt "Auntie Bua" as a member of the family. Thanks for all of your insight into Samoan culture and help in getting us settled. We were sad to see you go but hope you are able to make it back to visit us. I wish Laura could have been here to see what you have done for us! - Fa Soi Fua
